From our first meeting with Martyn Rohrs, I knew that Rohrs & Rowe were different. Our property had been for sale for a considerable period of time when we contacted them and after speaking with Martyn Rohrs, he quickly arranged a visit. At the meeting, he listened first and then explained their different approach and view of how to effectively market a property that had been for sale for an extended period of time. After making the decision to engage them and sack the previous agent, R&R swiftly put in place their high quality marketing and they then very quickly and efficiently sold our property in a difficult market, to some excellent buyers. Every aspect of their contact was responsive and helpful. Their service was also a pleasant surprise, having a reply to every email and phone message, and each client was followed up efficiently. Their attention to detail and explaining where our property was situated, its’ advantages and the overall representation of the areas in which we lived was, I believe, really helpful in finding a buyer. Matthew Rowe was very efficient from the outset. He is extremely good at communicating and kept me fully informed through the whole process. Moving from our much loved, but now far too large home, was something we faced with some trepidation. From that first meeting, we felt that we were in very safe hands. Rohrs & Rowe marketed our property using drone photography to show our coastal position to its best advantage. At every viewing (and there were a lot) Matthew was always there early to meet the visitors. He kept us fully informed all the time and was just as concerned for our future and where we were going as he was about finding us a buyer. The back up from Helen in the office was friendly and efficient. We haven't met Helen but felt we'd known her for years. Matthew kindly visited our home in St Agnes to help us in our decisions about undertaking renovations or selling the house. Early this year he contacted us out of the blue to say that if we were interested he had found us a very good buyer. Without the need for us to advertise our house on the open market, a sale was swiftly agreed at a price we were very happy with. Matthew negotiated excellently on our behalf throughout the whole process, finding a fair and sensible middle ground between all parties whenever issues arose. We were away for a substantial period during the sale and Matthew handled everything very smoothly in our absence, supporting us with his local knowledge and experience. Having previously put my property with another well known local agent for six months and only getting four viewings I appreciated the care that Matthew Rowe took in photographing the property, preparing the brochures, showing people around and being there when needed. He kept me informed every step of the way and when my first prospective buyer pulled out he spent time on the phone contacting other possible buyers.
