We chose Rohrs and Rowe because we liked Matthew immediately when he came to appraise the house. He had a clear-eyed take on the property market in South West Cornwall, including very detailed knowledge of the character and appeal of our area. Matthew knows Newlyn and Penzance well, so the whole experience felt very tailored to the house itself and the potential of the locality. We loved the house, and its situation, so it was a hard decision to sell; but made considerably easier by working with someone who we felt, also 'got' it.
