As we predicted in our last issue, the 2023 housing market proved to be challenging. However, here at Rohrs & Rowe, through our unique approach combined with our 50 + years of industry experience, we continued to help many clients navigate the uncertainties of the market and reach their ultimate goal of successfully selling their property. The crowning recognition of our hard work was being named the Best Estate Agency in Cornwall 2023/24, for a fifth time, by the prestigious International Property Awards.
